Product introduction
The TFS20-15 low phase noise frequency synthesizer covers the frequency range from 200MHz to 15GHz. The minimum step of the frequency is 0.1Hz, and the minimum step of the frequency is 0.04Hz without considering the frequency accuracy. The TFS20-15 adopts a multi-ring design inside to obtain extremely optimal phase noise characteristics, and the phase noise at a frequency of 10GHz is -107dBc/Hz@1kHz.
Another feature of TFS20-15 is its very small size, the overall module size is 80*65*13mm, which can be better and more convenient to integrate into a variety of high-performance RF systems.
