6.50GHz-16.00GHz Double-ridge Twisted Waveguide Connecting Waveguide

Ridge waveguide is divided into double ridge waveguide and single ridge waveguide, which can be regarded as a rectangular waveguide with a wide wall bent. The electromagnetic field mode is similar to that of rectangular waveguide, but the field distribution is disturbed by edge effect near the ridge edge. Ridge is widely used in radar engineering because of its low main mode cut-off frequency, wide frequency band and low impedance.
The twist angles of double-ridge twisted waveguide can be divided into (30, 45, 60, 90. ) twist, the standard twist angle is 90, other twist angles can be customized according to customer requirements. The basic material is aluminum or copper, and the surface treatment includes silver plating, gold plating, shackles plating, passivation, conductive oxidation and other treatment methods. Length, flange, material and surface treatment can be customized according to user's requirements.
