The TFS22-15 low phase noise frequency synthesizer covers a frequency range of 200MHz to 15GHz with a minimum frequency step of 0.1mHz. The TFS22-15 adopts a multi-loop design inside to obtain the best phase noise characteristics, with a frequency of 10GHz -112dBc/Hz@1kHz.
Another feature of the TFS22-15 is its very small size, the overall module size of 80*65*13mm, this miniaturized design can be better and more convenient to integrate into a variety of high-performance RF systems.
