Product introduction
The TFS10-06 patch frequency source has a frequency output range of 50MHz to 6GHz with a minimum frequency step of 10MHz. The TFS10-06 uses a digital phase-locked loop (PLL) design to enable smaller frequency steps. It has the advantages of high frequency resolution, wide output frequency range, stable operation, convenient frequency hopping control, etc. At the same time, it adopts patch package, small size, light weight, easy integration, and is suitable for microwave components, wireless receivers, digital acquisition systems and other microwave products.

2. Stray: When the frequency step is less than 10MHz, the frequency can be output, and the stray is -60dBc;
