The TFS10-15 patch frequency source has a frequency output range of 200MHz to 15GHz with a minimum frequency step of 10MHz, and the TFS10-15 uses a digital phase-locked loop design to achieve smaller frequency steps. It has the advantages of high frequency resolution, wide output frequency range, stable operation and convenient frequency hopping control.
