The TFS20-146 low phase noise frequency synthesizer covers the frequency range from 200MHz to 14.6GHz. The minimum step of the frequency is 0.1Hz. The TFS20-146 adopts a multi-ring design inside to obtain excellent phase noise characteristics, with phase noise of -107dBc/Hz@1kHz, -130dBc/Hz@1MHz (10GHz).
Another feature of the TFS20-146 is its very small size, the overall module size of 80*65*13mm, this miniaturized design can be better and more convenient to integrate into a variety of high-performance RF systems.
